The Flantech Compensation Plan

The Flantech Compensation Plan is a Compressed Unilevel Plan. It consists of five (5) lucrative money - making programs which enable you to earn the highest bonus rate from your personal and team results. There are seven reasons why our Compressed Compensation Plan is so powerful.

 

The Flantech Compensation Plan operates on the ‘3S Principles’ namely: Selling, Sponsoring & Servicing.

By Sponsoring, we mean the organization of a network of Distributors and earn a commission from their sales. Every product is assigned with a Commission Value (CV). The monthly commission is based on the accumulation of Commission Values (CVs) in a calendar month.

 

1. The Income Generator Program

With the purchase of 100 CV, you will qualify as Active Manager. Active Manager receives 15% of all first level CV and 40% of all second level CV.

 
2. The Building Bonus Program

Pays from the 3rd level onwards based on: Director (3%), Silver Director (6%), Gold Director (9%) and Diamond Director (12%). This is a shared bonus for which your third level is unblockable.

 
3. Crown Generational Bonus Program
Image

When you qualify as a Crown Director, you qualify for the lucrative and fully unblockable Crown Director Generational Bonus of 3%, up to 4 generations of Diamond Directors.

 
4. Double Crown Leadership Bonus Program

As a Double Crown Director, you will qualify to receive an extra 1% on each of the legs in your Double Crown Directorship

 
5. Personal Productivity Bonus Program
Image

When your personal volume in a calendar month exceeds your 100 CV personal qualification, we reward you for creating that extra volume. A total of 55% paid to you on Personal Productivity Bonus Position 2.
